  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Pre-order or custom items will be dispatched within 30 business days, as indicated on the product page.

  • Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout and calculated based on destination and order weight.

Import Duties & Taxes
For imported products, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with local customs regulations.

4. Estimated Delivery Times (Reference Only)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional re-shipping fees.

7. Split Shipments / Multiple Warehouses

Items may ship from different fulfillment centers, and your order may arrive in multiple packages.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the shipping origin. We will confirm the most convenient return warehouse address for you.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the packaging and items received

We will assist you as quickly as possible.

9. Delays or Non-Delivery

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
While we will assist in communicating with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carriers beyond our control, unless otherwise required by law.
